Machinist Fabricator

Express Employment Professionals is a leading staffing agency providing workforce solutions to various industries. We currently have an opening for a skilled Machinist Fabricator to join our team in Fairfield, OH.

The salary for this position is up to $30 per hour, based on experience, and reflects the current market rate for skilled machinists in the Fairfield area.

As a Machinist Fabricator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating manual mills and lathes to produce high-quality parts and components. Your tasks will include:

• Reading blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements
• Operating manual machines, such as mills and lathes, to fabricate parts and components
• Using precision tools, including micrometers, to ensure accurate measurements and quality control
• Participating in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency and quality

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Experience working with manual mills and/or lathes
• Proficiency with Prototrak software or similar systems
• Ability to thread and work with various materials
