Event Management Lead

Cescaphe Event Group, Philadelphia's premier special event hospitality catering team, seeks an experienced Service Leader to join our team. As a Service Leader and Floor Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing upscale events with exceptional hospitality.
We are looking for a motivated and inspirational individual who can lead a team through the lens of exceptional service. If you have at least five years of experience in hospitality management or event planning within a high-quality fresh food setting, we encourage you to apply.
About This Opportunity:
- Hourly pay: $28-$32 based on experience. 30-50 hours/week. Room for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute upscale events with exceptional hospitality
- Lead a team of staff to deliver unforgettable client experiences
- Collaborate with event managers, team members, and guests to create distinctive events
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in hospitality management or event planning within a high-quality fresh food setting
- Flexible and adaptable to the team's needs, offering onsite training and guidance
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change
- A positive/self-motivated approach, always committed to team success
