Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to broaden and deepen our investor footprint, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication with prospective and existing investors.
  • Leverage comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, GR's investment strategy, and competitive positioning to inform investment decisions and presentations to investors.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to establish and nurture valuable connections with prospective investors.
  • Work closely with the executive team and Investor Relations Associates to coordinate sales presentations, update CRM systems, and prepare materials for investor meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in institutional private equity real estate investing or related fields, with a demonstrated track record of raising assets and developing successful investor relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and market dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet with investors and attend industry events.
