We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. You will also have the ability to learn and adapt quickly, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective issue resolution and proactive communication

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
