Position Overview
As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for bringing risk management solutions to businesses and individuals. Your primary focus will be on prospecting, cultivating, and closing new commercial clients, with no limits or segmentation requirements. You will have the opportunity to help clients improve their performance and enhance the value of their businesses by improving their employee benefits, retirement savings programs, payroll, and human capital management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities with a focus on commercial accounts
- Engage in sales and marketing tactics to move prospects through the sales funnel to closing
- Leverage our platform to bring risk management solutions to individuals and business owners, including traditional commercial lines insurance, high net worth/private client, employee benefits, human capital, and payroll outsourcing, and retirement financial services
Requirements
- Previous sales experience selling solutions to business owners
- Previous insurance experience is not required, but can be helpful
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred, but not required
- Relevant insurance licenses are a plus, but we can help you get licensed quickly
- The most important qualities for success are being humble, hungry, and enjoying the thrill of the hunt
