At New Vision Co-op, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Agronomy Salesperson to join our team. As an Agronomy Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting the proper use of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and other services offered at New Vision Co-op to area producers.

• Develop and execute annual farmer/customer programs that include soil testing, field mapping, product recommendations, timely and accurate application, field monitoring as needed, record keeping, and follow-up calls.
• Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, and execute individual customer sales strategies.
• Execute sales calls with regular and prospective customers to solicit orders.
• Adhere to New Vision's pricing policies and credit terms.
• Interpret soil sample results and make fertilizer application recommendations.
• Service customer's agronomic needs.
• Prepare reports as requested by the Agronomy Department Manager.
• Assist in agronomy operations during the busy spring and fall seasons.

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ability to organize and carry-out sales plans and strategies by performing one on one successful selling techniques with agricultural crops producers.
• Knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
• Attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational skills.
