We are looking for a Respiratory Therapist to join our Team.

About the Role:

  • The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for assessing, treating, and managing cardiopulmonary systems for neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of respiratory care, which may include oxygen therapy, breathing treatments, airway clearance, blood gases, airway management, non-invasive and invasive ventilator setup and monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Required Education and/or Experience
    • Associates Degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care.
  • Preferred Education
    • Bachelors Degree with a certificate in Respiratory Care.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

  • Required Certification and Licensure
    • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care.
    • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Nebraska.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
    • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire.
    • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • Preferred License/Certification
    • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with the National Board of Respiratory Care.

Work Schedule:

  • Varied Shifts; 72 hours every 2 weeks
    • 3rd to 4th weekend rotation
    • 1 to 3 holidays per year rotation
    • General hours 6:00am-6:30pm
    • On call 1-2 nights a week rotation

Salary Information:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is between $26.25 - $39.50 per hour.
