As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to clients of Profinium Financial, Inc. Collaborating with the Personal Banking division, your mission is to assist customers in realizing their financial aspirations while fostering enduring relationships. You will also identify opportunities for enhancing banking operations and contribute to creating a remarkable client journey.

Key Responsibilities

75% - Customer Engagement

  • Welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, guiding them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or individual.
  • Execute payment and receipt functions for clients, including cashing checks, processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. You may also assist with selling gift cards and money orders.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, demonstrating knowledge of the bank's products to effectively meet client needs.
  • Assist clients in opening new accounts and addressing their ongoing account requirements.
  • Maintain daily cash balances securely and adhere to assigned drawer limits.
  • Identify and report any suspicious activities, exercising sound judgment in consulting management when necessary.
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations related to your responsibilities, including privacy and funds availability policies.

15% - Retain/Expand/Attract (REA)

  • Support the overall REA initiatives, with specific goals set by management regarding services like check cards and direct deposits.
  • Achieve team partnership results based on annual targets communicated by your supervisor.
  • Contribute to the successful attainment of branch and bank objectives as outlined in the annual organizational goals.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the bank's offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients or refer them to the appropriate expert.

10% - Additional Responsibilities

  • Evaluate emerging issues and potential risks.
  • Provide support in compliance-related matters as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow bank employees to assist in various banking activities.

Qualifications

  • Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Skills necessary for a typical office environment, including computer literacy and familiarity with office equipment.
