Job Summary

We are seeking experienced caregivers to deliver non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and individuals in your community. As a CareLinx caregiver, you'll collaborate with a team of care advisors who will match you with clients that align with your preferences, such as schedule, duration, and the specific needs of each individual.

Responsibilities
  • Provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and individuals in your community
  • Collaborate with care advisors to match with clients that align with your preferences
  • Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
  • Communicate effectively with clients, care advisors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage varying client schedules and adapt to changing needs
Requirements
  • At least six (6) months of caregiving experience or relevant educational background (CNA, HHA, MA, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate in English (bilingual is a plus)
  • COVID vaccination status disclosure
  • Completion of required training and vetting
  • Medical documentation (physicals, TB tests) as required by state regulations
