Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plastic Surgery Area Manager to join our team at BD, Becton and Dickinson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the plastic surgery market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of medical sales experience, including experience with plastic surgeons.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight travel.
