Job Title: Area Manager

SecTek, Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing non-exempt employees in a fast-paced, service organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of security officers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality security services.
  • Develop and implement effective security strategies to meet client needs and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor security operations and provide feedback to security officers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Identify and address any issues that may arise, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional-level experience in security management, law enforcement, or military service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and ability to obtain a required state license.
