Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Recruit, hire, and evaluate front desk personnel to meet the needs of our community
- Prepare and maintain employee records, performance evaluations, and other administrative tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet and assist visitors, and operate the intercom and paging system
- Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors, and maintain a written communication log of events
- Participate in in-service education classes and on-the-job training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related service experience preferred
- Excellent oral and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays
This position requires frequent interaction with residents, staff, and visitors, and may involve exposure to hostile or emotionally upset individuals. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a high level of customer service required.
The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and maintain a calm and level-headed demeanor in emergency situations.
