Job Overview

Caliber Collision Centers is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their center. This role requires experience in collision management, risk management, teammate development, and client metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Foster a team environment that promotes talent recruitment, recognition, and retention.
  • Analyze current financial performance metrics and review previous month's financial data.
  • E nsure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably.
