The Interim Process Coordinator will support the Area Manager in various Fulfillment Center areas, taking on responsibilities that include allocating labor, leading meetings, and communicating with internal and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily management of department duties, including labor allocation and meeting facilitation
  • Provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and assist with policy follow-up and attendance tracking
  • Track and report ATS/labor hours, assist with training associates, and verify SOP compliance
  • Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback of associate performance
  • Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives and fill in as needed with production duties
  • Review and update SOP as required, maintain a clean and organized work area, and identify safety hazards
  • Coach associates to work safely at all times and participate in safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Associates must be in good standing and able to work overtime as required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas and continued meeting or exceeding of department performance goals
  • Preferred qualifications include education beyond High School, prior experience managing employees, and excellent interpersonal skills
