Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Specialist to join our team at CoBank. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for conducting detailed analysis to advance our ERM programs and support bank-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and evolution of risk metrics for the bank, creating and maintaining reports for key stakeholders.
  • Own one or more ERM processes, including periodically running models, aggregating output, and reporting on model results.
  • Utilize data and information to aid in risk-based decision-making, sourcing and cleaning data, and determining business rules for preparing data.
  • Query, aggregate, and manipulate large datasets for various analyses, supporting the transformation of information into key business insights.
  • Assist in the design of department/system processes for Risk Management that are efficient and comply with regulatory standards, leading change implementation and preparing related training materials.
  • Support best practices in modeling and model risk management, providing technical subject matter expertise and analytic support for ad-hoc analysis and development of visualizations.
  • Support the monitoring of data integrity and model risk controls execution, identifying risks, proactively solving problems, and addressing issues.
  • Presents technical results in both informal meetings and formal presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3 years of finance and risk management experience.
