Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electronic Security Service Technician to join our team at Securitas Electronic Security Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of electronic security systems, diagnosing and resolving issues, and conducting preventative maintenance to maximize system availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to service requests to ensure proper functioning of electronic security systems
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with security systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to maximize system availability
  • Perform configuration changes and document modifications
  • Create technical documentation for system deployment
  • Test and install software upgrades and modifications
  • Experience with low voltage equipment installation and troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and network communications
  • Company training and certification program
