Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CJM Property Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, food service, and HVAC/R systems
- Conduct thorough inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues
- Develop and implement solutions to improve facility operations and reduce downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless facility operations
- Provide detailed accounts of tasks completed through our app
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
