Senior IT Project Manager

  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Develop clear documentation and visual aids to communicate project information
  • Facilitate collaboration across functions, departments, and levels
  • Manage relationships between customers, IT providers, and service providers
  • Coordinate status reporting on project stability and compliance with customer standards
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership across IT and business functions
  • Experience managing large, complex projects with internal and external cost components
  • Extensive knowledge of project management best practices, including waterfall, agile, and SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent leadership skills, with ability to coach, develop, and lead teams
  • Proven ability to engage executive sponsors and stakeholders
  • Experience with project cost management and resource capacity planning
  • Strong business process analysis and mapping skills
  • Experience implementing change management approaches
  • Project management certification (PMP) and Agile certification (PSM, PSPO) a plus
