  • Ensure events conclude on a high note, leaving guests eager to return for more.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, as a happy space equals a happy you
  • Adhere to a positive and friendly attitude, consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Embrace learning opportunities, including becoming TABC certified within 14 days of joining our team.
  • Be flexible and available to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, as the party never stops

Requirements:

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations, providing the highest quality of services to guests and vendors.
  • Communicate effectively verbally with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work well in a team environment and function under short-time constraints and established deadlines.
  • Two to three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, 100 pounds with help and/or assistance.
  • Work in a bowling center environment with high levels of noise, dust, and activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess bilingual communication skills.
  • Be TABC certified.
