Quality Assurance Analyst Role

At Worldpay, we're looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services. Your primary focus will be on developing, maintaining, and executing manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans in the test environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets, and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans in the test environment.
  • Organize, manage, and update comprehensive automated and/or manual testing plans for new and existing systems with input from developers, Tech Leads, and Product Owners.
  • Organize and lead testing efforts for one or more areas within the ecosystem.
  • Assist with multiple End to End testing projects and simultaneously maintain Agile and Safe project management methodologies.
  • Assist the testing leads in collaborating with Product and IT Development teams to collect requirements and design solutions following best practices for all client/customer facing applications.
  • Ensure all planned testing is completed on-time, with the highest quality, and within budget.
  • Ensure all Quality Assurance and testing activities are conducted according to the SDLC and Agile SAFe practices.
  • Inputs and maintains test artifacts and updates data in test/project management tools.
  • Effectively communicates testing activities and findings in oral and written forms.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
  • Expertise in SDLC & STLC phases includes - Requirements analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Estimation, Test Automation, Test Artifacts documentation, Test Execution, Defect Management, Test Reporting and Review.
  • Experience in API Testing using Swagger & Postman.
  • Experience with UI automation using Java, Selenium and TestNG.
  • Experience in Rest API automation using Java, Rest Assured and TestNG.
  • Project work exposure in Continuous Integration (CI)/CD.
  • Must be able to interface and coordinate with multiple cross-functional groups and scrum teams.
  • Must exhibit strong knowledge in the concepts of software testing lifecycles and in different types of testing. (Functional, Regression, Integration and System Testing).
  • Experience in defect management including usage of tools like JIRA, Jenkins, Git, TestRail, Quality Center, Rally etc.
  • Should have ability to handle multiple projects of high complexity in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Test Automation.
