Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report sales data accurately across both Ticketmaster and alternative platforms.

  • Leverage various Ticketmaster TMI tools to extract and analyze pertinent sales information.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of ticketing processes and inventory management, with experience in box office, venue, or event oversight.
  • A creative thinker and resourceful problem-solver, proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of developing macros and complex formulas for effective data presentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at gathering essential information from colleagues across various organizations.
  • Experienced in generating and delivering detailed financial reports.
