Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Support the front office operations, including data entry and document management
  • Assist with internal and external correspondence
  • Conduct initial intake interviews with potential clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records systems
