The Director of Market Development is responsible for:
- Fostering customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the field technical team to propel Pandrol's growth strategies.
- Leading and managing the launch of new products to enhance Pandrol's market presence.
- Implementing the PANDROL sales strategy to achieve ATW objectives.
- Ensuring adherence to the sales process within the designated area (Offer to Cash).
- Establishing and monitoring the sales budget along with CRM oversight.
- Collaborating with the Pandrol Sales Team and Site Leaders.
- Driving a swift and effective response program for customer inquiries and claims.
- Managing the ATW laboratory operations.
- The Director of Market Development must cultivate customer relationships by identifying their needs and proposing effective solutions.
- He is tasked with developing and executing strategies to retain existing clients.
- He must create and implement initiatives aimed at increasing market share and attracting new clients.
- He is responsible for promoting the complete range of ATW and EQC products, including new offerings.
- He prepares commercial and technical proposals for clients and oversees the proposals made by the sales team.
- He formulates the annual budget and manages its execution along with monthly reviews.
- He implements corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
- He compiles and presents monthly reports to management.
- He directly supervises the field technical team and laboratory personnel.
- He serves as the technical liaison between his market and the Global Product Lines.
- He acts as a primary contact for local welding associations, if applicable.
