Key Responsibilities:

The Head of Market Expansion is responsible for:
  • Enhancing customer relations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing the field technical team to propel Pandrol's growth strategies.
  • Facilitating and managing the introduction of new products to strengthen Pandrol's market presence.
  • Implementing the PANDROL sales strategy to achieve ATW objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to the sales process within the designated area (Offer to Cash).
  • Establishing and monitoring the sales budget along with CRM oversight.
  • Collaborating with the Pandrol Sales Team and Site Leaders.
  • Leading a proactive and efficient response program for customer inquiries and claims.
  • Directing the operations of the ATW laboratory.
Detailed Activities:
  • The Head of Market Expansion must cultivate customer relationships by assessing needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • He/She is tasked with formulating and executing strategies to retain current customers.
  • He/She must devise and implement tactics to enhance market share and attract new clientele.
  • He/She is responsible for promoting the complete product portfolio of ATW and EQC, including new offerings.
  • He/She prepares commercial and technical proposals for clients and oversees proposals made by the sales team.
  • He/She formulates the annual budget and manages its execution along with monthly reviews.
  • He/She implements corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
  • He/She compiles and presents monthly reports to management.
  • He/She directly supervises the field technical team and laboratory personnel.
  • He/She serves as the technical liaison between the market and Global Product Lines.
  • He/She engages with local welding associations as a primary contact (if applicable).
