POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Firearms Retail Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms, in addition to managing Floor and Counter Sales of various Hunting Equipment.
This role involves a range of selling and customer service responsibilities, which include warmly greeting and acknowledging all customers promptly, handling merchandise with care, and providing insightful information, assistance, and guidance to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience for every customer.
Delivers an outstanding experience for each customer by assisting them in their purchasing decisions through:
1. Identifying and assessing customers' needs,
2. Making tailored product recommendations based on this assessment,
3. Promoting various programs, including but not limited to CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
Ensures that all 4473 Forms are completed accurately and thoroughly.
Possesses the ability to effectively demonstrate products to customers.
Organizes and maintains merchandise within the retail environment for sales at the Gun Counter.
Restocks products on shelves as needed according to merchandising guidelines.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of products.
