Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Issue assignments and supplies to staff to ensure a smooth flow of the housekeeping operation.
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Log items into the Lost and Found and answer inquiries to maintain controls and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Implement emergency training and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our guests, staff, and company assets.
  • Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop, and reach to assist other staff members.
