Position Overview

The Shift Leader plays a crucial role in overseeing staff and managing the daily operations of the store. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities to effectively address customer needs. This individual should be self-driven and prepared to assist management with various tasks necessary for maintaining a well-organized and efficient facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employees and ensure smooth store operations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and foster a customer-centric environment.
  • Assist management with operational tasks and maintenance of store standards.
  • Possess a solid understanding of retail operations and Pilot's commitment to quality service.

Compensation: Starting pay rates at $19.05 per hour.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience or knowledge in retail operations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to a customer-focused culture.
  • Proficiency with calculators, computers, and other relevant equipment.
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Background check required.
