Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and drive data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and distill them into concrete technical tasks.
  • Design and implement automated dataflows that feed self-service reports, focusing on Incidents, Changes, and Problems in our technology ecosystem.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to educate stakeholders on how to effectively use our analytics tools.
  • Create user-facing documentation to encourage and enable self-service analytics.
  • Design and manage complex semantic models in Power BI.
  • Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to less senior team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization and reporting using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Splunk, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience working with data-focused programming languages like SQL, Python, R, SAS, etc.
  • 1+ years of experience generating analytics content for Senior Leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience working with APIs.
  • 1+ years of experience in AI reporting.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow data constructs.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM subject, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Cyber Security.
Work Environment:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
