Job Description: As a key member of our facilities team, the Building Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in professional building maintenance or related construction field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience training and supervising maintenance staff
  • Excellent skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and painting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fire-safety and building codes
  • Valid California Driver's License and good driving record
  • Ability to drive a 17' van/truck
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate clearly to a broad range of people
  • Ability to read, understand, and apply language from manuals, policies, technical procedures, and instructions
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with limited guidance in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail
