Building Maintenance Technician Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Technician Lead to join our team. As a Building Maintenance Technician Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.
This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. You will lead a team of technicians and oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials needed to complete the repair, and maintain inventory of adequate supplies and tools.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
- Certificate/ License: Universal CFC certification required; Valid Driver's license required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
$45.00 - $53.09 hourly (dependent on experience).
