Salary Range:

The estimated hourly salary range for this role is $45-$53 per hour.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for facilities to meet applicable standards.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure building machinery and systems meet or exceed rated life, and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.
  • Inspections and Compliance: Review inspections of building and industrial systems, including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing, to ensure operation within design capabilities and environmental conditions prescribed by clients.
  • Coding and Compliance: Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Vehicles and Operations: Operate company-issued vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, 4-5 years of job-related experience, or a combination of education and experience. Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Meet physical requirements, exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources, willingness to take new perspectives, in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, organizational skills, and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license and universal CFC certification required.
