Retail Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our front-end team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, by zoning the floor, arranging merchandise, and restocking shelves as needed.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
