Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to lead our Quality Improvement initiatives in the Alaska Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical program management leadership for the Alaska Region Quality & Regulatory Services
  • Identify and implement breakthrough strategies to improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes
  • Develop and maintain credible information to inform senior leadership decisions
  • Accountable for multiple large, diverse, and complex clinical improvement programs and projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 3 years of hire
  • 3 years of experience in Quality Improvement, healthcare administration, or clinical field
  • 3 years of Acute care experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare related discipline
  • Certification in project management, LEAN, Six-Sigma upon hire
  • 1 year of Project and/or Program Management Experience
