Role Summary: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be pivotal in our sales process, adhering to a structured script to engage potential clients effectively.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver our proven sales script to 25 prospective clients each day.
- Engage in 15+ meaningful conversations daily.
- Master the sales script to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Schedule 15+ appointments weekly with interested leads.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work reliably in our office environment.
- Stable work history with no more than two jobs in the last five years.
- No self-employment in the past six months.
- Experience in a phone-centric role for at least two years.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls, engaging with 30+ individuals daily.
- Demonstrated talk time of 5+ hours in previous roles.
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
- Recognition or awards in professional or personal achievements within the last two years.
- Experience following a defined call flow with accountability for adherence.
- Proficient in data management, entering specific information accurately during calls.
- History of making multiple follow-up contacts with leads.
- Coachable and able to implement feedback effectively.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with clients over the phone.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $50,000
- Bonus Potential: $40,000
- Total Earnings Potential: $90,000
