Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and outreach directed toward contractors, builders, and property owners in the HVAC industry.
  • Communicate with in-house groups like installation and support to guarantee successful project completion and happy customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, product releases, and competitors.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry or a related field, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Current driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other sales tools.
