Customer Service Representative

Domino's Pizza is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
