Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Administration: Utilize your proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace to coordinate effectively with team members and ensure project deadlines are met. Manage project timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills.

Content Development: Collaborate with team members to create and refine content across the organization.

Design Application: Utilize tools such as Canva to contribute to branding efforts, including business cards and marketing materials.

Website Management: Maintain a professional online presence, including content optimization and updates.

Marketing Initiatives: Support the creation, management, and refinement of marketing activities.

Administrative Support: Handle calendar invites, meeting minutes, and various ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Requirements:

Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and ability to quickly adapt to new priorities and technologies.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Capable of handling various tasks and providing support in a dynamic work environment.

Business Qualification: Relevant qualification in project coordination/management.

Location: Must reside near Clark Center.
