Customer Service Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist II in the Direct Offer department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional account management support to our consumer vehicle sellers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential customers via phone, chat, or email, providing top-notch support and addressing inquiries.
- Accurately review and document intake requests for the wholesale department, including vehicle condition and history.
- Conduct comprehensive background checks on vehicle histories to ensure accurate information.
- Assist sellers in navigating the steps required to complete their transactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with third-party transport companies to arrange customer pickup or drop-off.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is collected and processed following vehicle pickup or drop-off.
- Maintain and update internal records to ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Strong CRM experience.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to handle various situations with a pleasant attitude.
- Hourly base pay rate: $17.40 - $26.06/hour.
- Eligibility for additional compensation, including commission and/or an incentive program.
- Minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
