We are seeking an experienced elevator industry professional to fill a General Manager position at Elevated Facility Services Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and operations background and be responsible for managing the branch operations, including sales, field operations, and branch support team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, implement, and attain an annual business plan, operating budget, and orders budget
* Execute implementation of objectives/initiatives for the service, modernization, and quality

Requirements:

* 5 years of sales and operations experience in the elevator industry
* Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, policies, contracts, and product offerings
* Familiarity of competitor product offerings and practices
* General accounting and financial management principles
* Laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations
* Demonstrated ability at leading and sponsoring change
* Ability to conduct financial analysis for the purpose of making sound business decisions
* Ability to motivate people to attain their maximum potential
* Ability to develop and foster teamwork
* Effective oral, written, and presentation skills
* Strong persuasive skills
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks through effective organization and time management
