Job Summary:We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to perform a variety of tasks related to fiber optic cable installation, maintenance, and testing. As a Network Fiber Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our fiber optic networks.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables and related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to fiber optic networks
- Document and record all work activities and results
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless network operations
- Respond to trouble tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Trade school training or certification in a related field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Physical ability to work in various conditions, including adverse weather
