About the Role

As a Mammo Technologist at St. Joseph Health, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team. This position requires a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with a focus on mammography and breast imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex imaging equipment, including mammography and stereotactic biopsy units
  • Assist physicians with interventional imaging procedures, including starting IVs and injecting contrast
  • Perform quality control functions related to mammography, ensuring accurate and reliable results
  • Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality, obtaining additional images as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • An Associate's Degree in Allied Health or Radiologic Technology
  • A minimum of 2 years of imaging experience
  • Current ARRT (R)(M) and MRT certification
