About the Accounting Assistant Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Match incoming invoices to receipts.
  • Maintain and update financial records and databases.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports as needed.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Accounting ERP software.
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
