Hospitality Sales Executive Role
At Horizon Hospitality, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and achieve exceptional results in the hospitality industry.
As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for managing group inquiries efficiently, aligning responses with hotel strategy, and overseeing Corporate/BT market segments, nurturing existing relationships and developing new accounts to meet revenue targets. You will also be expected to communicate professionally with customers, partners, and associates, and demonstrate deep market knowledge, including brand positioning, booking trends, and local events.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the West Omaha market's booking patterns and market trends, as well as strong analytical abilities, including trend identification and strategic planning. You should also possess exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
