Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc as a Site Director. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing operational functions across all theme park locations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse team of sales and operations professionals, driving performance, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless integration of sales goals with park activities.
  2. Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with senior leadership to implement sales strategies and monitor performance across all park locations.
  3. Operational Oversight: Manage operational functions, troubleshooting issues such as system outages or equipment needs to ensure smooth in-park execution.
  4. Training and Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and training process for new hires, equipping them with the right tools and knowledge to succeed.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of goals, results, and challenges.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field, with proven leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in the theme park or entertainment industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments and teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Compensation
  • A competitive salary range of $130,000–$150,000, bonus eligible.
