- Guest Service: Anticipate and customize guest needs, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, including housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance.
- Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations, including heavy volumes, special requests, and unexpected issues.
- Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Language: Ability to understand and working knowledge of English.
- Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests.
- Skills: High attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
