About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our team at Fred Beans Automotive Group. As a Parts Counter Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Offer prompt and friendly service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an organized work space and counter space for retail customers, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately record all transactions made over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Part Location: Utilize all options to locate parts for customers as needed, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist customers over the phone and in-person, providing solutions to their needs and concerns.
  • Warehouse Operations: Pick product from the warehouse in order to fulfill customer needs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
  • Parts Counter Experience: Have at least 1 year of parts counter experience, preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Demonstrate good customer service skills, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Skills: Possess good computer skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Have automotive knowledge, a plus.
  • Education: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Physical Requirements: Meet the physical requirements for the position, including some lifting.
