As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
  • Inventory Management: Mirror match parts for the assistance of technicians, cost parts on invoice, and coordinate with technicians and service department to ensure that parts requests are met.
  • Inventory Control: Stock incoming product and track inventory to ensure accurate and efficient parts management.
  • Wholesale Parts Sales: Fill wholesale parts customers that call or walk in, providing prompt and professional service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of parts counter experience preferred.
  • Skills: Valid driver's license, ability to interact with co-workers and customers in a professional manner, and automotive knowledge a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
