We are currently seeking a Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The Parts Specialist will support internal clients and Technicians by fulfilling parts requests, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of the correct components.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 7 AM - 3 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to inquiries, clarifying needs, and providing parts promptly
  • Assist Technicians by accurately matching parts
  • Process parts costs on invoices
  • Collaborate with Technicians and the Service department to fulfill parts requests
  • Manage incoming inventory and maintain stock levels
  • Serve retail customers at the parts counter
  • Assist wholesale parts customers via phone or in-person
Qualifications:

Essential skills for success in this position include:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience in a Parts Counter role
  • Professional interaction skills with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Automotive knowledge is advantageous
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
