Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner.
  • Part Matching: Mirror match parts for the assistance of technicians, ensuring accurate identification and delivery of parts.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with technicians and the service department to ensure that parts requests are met, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Stocking and Receiving: Receive and stock incoming product, tracking inventory levels to ensure efficient parts delivery.
  • Retail and Wholesale Sales: Handle retail customers at our parts counter and fill wholesale parts orders for customers who call or walk in.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of parts counter experience preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to interact with coworkers and customers in a professional manner.
  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive systems and components is a plus.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift at least 50lbs.
