About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Implementation Project Manager to support the successful deployment of NetSuite ERP solutions across our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP implementation, and a deep understanding of NetSuite's capabilities.

This resource will be joining the project management team to support the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting the business requirements of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment, including project scope, schedule, budget, and quality control.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP to meet the specific needs of the business.
  • Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during the transition to NetSuite.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in NetSuite implementation.
  • Act as a point of contact for all project-related communications, including status updates, issue resolution, and change management.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are fully equipped to utilize NetSuite effectively.
  • Run change control process
  • Assist with project governance
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Manage change requests and their impact on project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee the transition from implementation to support, ensuring a smooth handover to the operational teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for any post-implementation issues that arise.
  • Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives to enhance NetSuite functionality and user experience.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) processes
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Scrum methodologies
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementation, preferably NetSuite.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including modules for finance, CRM, inventory, and supply chain.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Project Management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, and change management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.
